You can do that by opening the savegame with Lachi's editor.(You can find it in Lachi's signature Pfft)
The savegame is in My docs/PCM 2014/Users/*your username*/Database/Solo/*Your DB*.
Just open Dyn_cyclist and edit the cyclists.
Export to .cdb when you're done and load the savegame(.cdb you just created whith exporting)

Hahaha, thanks guys, it was just i was worried since when i did it in PCM13, my savegame broke
(yeah, i didnt backup)
Also, i do have Lachi's already, will do it
