Game crashes when entering the podiums

My game keeps crashing, when i select to see the podiums after the race. I have tried to reinstall my game several times, and i have updated my driver, in order to fix this issue, but none of them helped. I also noticed that my game freeze crashes at the start loading screen, if i right click with my mouse.
Please help me fix this issue. |

If you installed a database or other stuff, you need to remove it too, else re-installing does not help much.
And the clicking while loading has been discussed often now. There is an easy solution: Don't click. Or if you must click, select "wait" when Microsoft shows the freezing message.

Deactivate the recording of the replay in the options of the game.
If that does not help, you should contact the official support.

I got PCM 2014 yesterday and I have this problem too. When I reach the podium, the game crashes. Tried with the lowest options (and I also have deactivated the replay) and it's still the same (even though the graphics might not be a problem since I have a Radeon HD 7750 vcard). The only way to bypass this is to skip to the results page. But did anyone manage to solve the podium crash problem?

Heh, it will be a waiting game. From what I have read from the cyanide forums, no official answer was given to the people with the podium problem (even though there is high verbosity coming from the french guys over there).
I doubt that it will be of any help, but I'm trying to find a pattern, because only a small amount of people have this problem.

Should have been fixed just right now.
CONTENT UPDATE 1.3.1.0:
-Fix the crash occuring on the podiums and the end of races.
-Fix rider skin color on podiums.
-Fix infinite research for new equipments (wrong dates).
