have problems to restore to my previous profile

I have a previous profile with my key card (Key Player) that I have used to another computer, so I got a new computer and I want to use the same profile when I press restore from my old profile so I write my key card (Player Key) I find my old profile name so I press it too I press the reset password but after I pressed writes the server error!. Smile

Smile At the will help me with this problem thank you in advance and still good summer vacation. Smile

Just create a new profile using the same e-mail and key.

have just spent money on my armada of the profile I would like to discuss? what should I do can not retrieve it?

I already told you that you have to create your profile again using the same e-mail and key.
