Probably it has been asked (and answered) before, but I can't find it.

Is there a way to change the contract type with the equipment suppliers at the start or in a career (With or without R&D program & contract length)?

In which table can i find it?

The equipment system has been changed in PCM 2014 and as far as I know, nobody analysed the tables yet. (or they did not post about it).

You can have a look in all the tables which contain "brand" in its name like DYN_brand, STA_brand or similar.

Thanks, found it.
It is in the STA_brand table of the savegame
