Lead-Outs doesnt work anymore!

Breakaway Specialist Posts: 987 Joined: 24-02-2007 PCM$: 200.00	In most races my riders lose the wheel of their teammates at some point during the lead-out. It almost impossible to do a good leadout with 6-7 guys from the 9-8 kilometer mark. I understand that if they are randomly placed in the peloton its hard to find together but if one rider is on the left side of the peloton and the other is on the right side they struggle to find eachother. Sometimes they just randomly lose their teammates wheel and takes "hold position". Its really frustrating the few time you do a good lead-out. So usually now i just protect my sprinter til its 6-7 kilometers left, then do a short 2 maybe 3-man leadout. Anyone experienced the same?
