Confirmation e-mail on Purchasing time frame?

I order the game via the link here, then direct from nexway I received an order number and a message saying a confirmation e-mail and link to download will be sent. (have checked Junk and Spam folders) Now now some two and half hours later still no e-mail.

How longer dose it generally take for this e-mail?

Have fired an e-mail to customer support an hour ago no answer either. Suppose I am used to steam instant availability.

I wouldn't expect an answer from Customer Support for at least 12 hours, also because they don't work I think at these time - the disadvantage of being Aussie - but I think that the e-mail should come soon enough. Are you sure you've typed your e-mail right?

Thanks Cycleman123 100% certain.... well make that 95% I typed it in correct. (Pretty sure auto fill came up)
