PCM 14 Editing Tools

Curious (now that I just bought the game) what the working/best editing tools are for PCM 14? I have Laichi's Editor (v19) but do all/any other PCM 13 tools work? Any others for DB editing? Excel?
It was eleven more than necessary.

I know Excel editor works.

As far as I know, all database editing tools still work.
