First of all: Sorry for my english, i'm really bad in this, but i'll try my best so you hopefully may figure out what i mean.
After promoting from CT to PCT (Season 2013) and from PCT to WT (Season 2014) my team have to ride a lot of stage races and my "leaders" are not really competitive (Brajkovic - in his last Season with falling stats - , Seeldraeyers, and, Rovny are my best climbers). On the other side i have a "good" sprint-team with an estonian Newgen (Sprint 79/Acc 78), Kruopis (78/77), Siskevicius (76/78), Badgonas (74/76) and Navardauskas (75/75) (Bagdonas and Navardauskaus also with good stats for hills, classics and time trails) and with Fredrik (77) and Tobias Ludvigsson (76) 2 "good" guys for hilly stages.
Short: I want to go for stage wins in sprints (okay, that's hart, but good results at least) and brake aways (at least for some points for the mountain jersey).
My problem is, that my riders have a lack of freshness after 1-2 mountain stages even when they stay in peloton with low effort or drop to the grupetto. The green bar isn't empty (30-40% at finish), but freshness is "Very good" after the first mountain stage, "good" after the second and so on (well my leader who can't rest isn't in worse shape...). I can't save energy for other stages and so i can't try to win from a brake away for example at a stage between alpes and pyrenees...
So it would be nice, if someone had some tips how to give my riders a break at stages they have no chances anyway.
