You need to be more specific, what happens when you try to re install, and try to give a screenshot of what happens, maybe then we can help you |

When you bought the game, it told you that the download link is valid for 21 days only. They also offered a life-long extension or a backup of the downloaded files on a DVD.
If you did not buy the extension or the backup DVD and nevertheless deleted the downloaded files after you had installed the game you fooled yourself.
But maybe you can still buy the extension or order the DVD, have a look in the e-mail. |

I bought the extension download thingy, but when I want to download the game for my new computer now it just comes: Sorry! Your download period has expired (it is now more than 21 days from order day). |

We are neither the official forum nor the official support. You have to contact them.
I know this does not help you atm but ALWAYS keep a backup of the downloaded files. It saves you money and time.

Everyone should do as Lachi implies - create a folder and store the downloaded files from when you initially install the game (1 .exe and 5 .bin files). I recently had to rebuild my game and because I had those files it was a relatively trivial process. When you start your game after a rebuild it will recognize that it is a subsequent installation on a registered computer and will proceed normally.
