Hello! Can someone upload game manual, pdf file.
Or have someone DVD version of game with manual, can you scan it and upload?

Did you check in the folder called manual?

But I will attach when I am at my game PC.

In the mean time, you can read the official online guide

I checked in the folder, but there is no such folder. Steam cuted this version...

I just found out that the official download version of this game also has no manual.

There is a button labelled "manual" but it leads to the online guide I already posted above.

No, the guide is not that bad.
It is not complete but many parts of the game are explained in detail.
