Rider objectives

So I'm basically a noob to this game and decided to start a career with a small US team (Jamis Hagens Berman). It seems quite difficult to get the riders to accept some of sponsor objectives, particularly those that aren't prestigious enough. Ultimately I wound up adding one or two 2.HC objectives that matched the sponsors, dropping one or two of the riders smaller personal objectives and generally making sure their form was good around two or three periods that fit the calendar well. Will it matter that I don't even enter the riders in some of their personal objectives (i.e the ones that the sponsors don't care about)? They seemed to still be happy after I made the changes but will that change after they don't get to ride?

PS What does running the game on easy do for you? Your riders buffed compared to everyone else? So your 77 sprinter is equivalent to someone else with 80 or 81?

I am not sure if Cyanide implemented a very deep logic into the objective system. But maybe the riders will get angry if they cannot race the races.

Yes, the difficulty applies a factor on the rider stats. Easy means, your riders get a stat boost. Hard or Extreme will reduce your riders stats. It has no other effect and it has no affect when simulating.

Thanks. I figured as much when JJ Haedo out sprinted Peter Sagan for the stage win in my very first career race. Then nearly ran him down two stages later for a second win.

I would like to know what happens if a rider is not happy with his objectives.

Will his satisfaction dop? If yes, will it drop constantly or only once? Or will it dop at the moment when the race takes place?

Any other negative aspects?
