Hello everyone. I have a question about the databases and Armada Mode. I've installed the Focus DB and played a bit in Armada Mode. If in the future I want install another DB, I must uninstall the game to install this other DB? And, if I uninstall the game, I lose all the Armada mode cyclists, points... all? Thanks!

No, your coins/riders are connected to your account, not to the game itself, so you won't lose anything.

Yes, you have to install the DB on clean game, which means you have to re-install it before installing other DB.

You will not lose your armada stuff, it is stored on the Cyanide servers.

All online games work the same, no matter where you buy it from.
The data is stored on a server, to prevent cheating and other problems.
