Can't edit local.cdb

Amateur Posts: 8 Joined: 11-11-2008 PCM$: 200.00	Hi guys, i want to change race difficulty in the local.cdb. When i change the stats via editor and overwrite it to the existing local, it doesn't save and the stats stay the same. When i try to create a new local, the file is nowhere to be found. Any thoughts on that. Ty in advance
