So if you look at the 2014 screenshots or videos, looks like nothing big has changed in-game.
Still, i'm courios if i'm wrong.
I have some questions i hope you'll answer.
1. Gamefaces
How many/few/whos gamefaces can we find in this edition?
For 2 years they have used the same 6-7 faces. In my opinion this is a main thing. A huge reason to buy the game.
2. Mountain stages
I love the way you compete on mountains in 2013. It always ends in small groups. But its ridiculous that you start the sprint already 1 km before the finish line..
How is it working in 2014`? any major improve? 1:1?
3. Locations
At the screenshots it looks like the same routes as 2013.. You cannot identify in which country you're riding. Except for TDF.
Has this improved?
Hope some of you will reply.

I have made too less tests to give you very detailed or 100% correct answers. But I will try:
1: Not more I think. But the community can create those and I think there are already a few more to download or in some DB`s.
2: Still the same I think. It`s because of the 1:10? scale of the game. It wouldn`t work with such a scale to sprint only for the last 100m for example.
3: Also similar to the recent PCM imo. Some more isolated buildings like London etc. but nothing big.
Most improvements were made to the more invisible things like game play or out of the 3D mode with changes in the manager part.
1)
Nothing more, really. I think gamefaces are overrated anyway. They slow down the game and you'll only see their backs most of the time anyway.
2)
No, no 1:1 and that wasn't to be expected. Mountain AI is really good though, imo.
3)
Well, there are still different landscapes that can be selected by the db-makers for each stage. Try riding Tour Down Under, the landscape(ground texture/color etc.) is very different to riding in Europe. But no big improvements, I'd say
Edit: More isolated buildings indeed

Thank you for both replies.
I would still say that real gamefaces are important - but of course thats my opinion. We're in 2014, and all sport games focus on gamefaces andplayer signatures..
It sounds like i keep PCM 2013 for now. None of mine expetections are filled and 2013 are still awesome
