I am in my 2nd year of the career and the balance is around -400k.
The problem is that I've chosen to start with a lot of my favourite riders (Tejay, Sagan, Voigt, G. Thomas ...) and the total salary is quite big: ~ 570k. The staff costs ~ 70k. And the income from the sponsor is 530k.

Is there any chance of "saving" this team from bankruptcy? I was thinking to try and fire some of the staff and the riders, but I would like to know if there are auxiliary ways of making money. If you win the races that are the objectives set by the sponsor I suppose that you don't gain any money; you only raise the sponsor's confidence?

If you don't consider editing the database "cheating". I consider you edit your riders and staff salaries or increase your sponsors monthly budget.

When I have the same problem, I usually increase my sponsor´s budget as vismitananda says
