Game is not working anymore and I want to re-install the game, but I bought via Steam and I am a noob with steam, does anyone know how I can uninstall.

I am using windows 8.1

How to delete a game from Steam
1. Start Steam, then go to Library.
2. Right click the game, then click "Delete local content..."

How to install a game on Steam
1. Start Steam, then go to Library.
2. Rigth click the game, then click "Install game..."

How to fix problems with a game on Steam
1. Start Steam, then go to Library.
2. Right click the game, then click "Properties"
3. Click "LOCAL FILES", then click "VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME CACHE"
