How can i edit in the database, when i have bought the game via stream?
Its the first time i buy with stream. When you have the CD, you can always chose to edit the DB before you go into the game in a menu, but when i push the PCM icon with this steam version, it just go into the game without giving me the choice to go in and chance in a DB
Beside that, i am planning to play(career) with the original DB. However i would like to know if there actually is a DB out there worth to play with instead, especially if there is a DB with diferent stage every year?

Well, you can better edit DBs with programs like Lachi's Editor
Also, yes, beside realname DBs, there are DBs out like the FDB, Adamb's DB and the SpanishDB, which are all worth playing with.
And you can also download the variant pack(for different stages every year), which is in the downloadsection(and atm, also in latest download in the list on the right of the site )
Its just one rider i need to chance, so thought it would be easier to change that one rider as i normally would do.
Bt i guess i ave to look at that lachi editor, and see if i can figure i out.

I just still cant figure out how i chnge the skill and potential of one rider. It ask me to extract a database.
But all i can chose is some career save games(that i havent even made yet).But i cant chose to edit the database, so it will be with those stats every time i start a career, stage race etc. ?
The file i am looking for is: originaldatabase.cdb ( i think).
I think i found the database now(was looking in the wrong folder).
However, when i extract the database,im not sure how to get the list of riders. I assumed i had to pres "cyclist" in the editor, but nothing really happens.
And then someties there come a bug, ask me if i want to save before the pgrogram close, which it then does.

I already told you how you can find and start the editor which comes with the game.
If you want help on my editor, go the thread of my editor and post there. But you need to give more information about your problem, maybe including a screenshot because I cannot figure out your problem for your description.
I finally got it to work.
Im not really sure what i did. Just tried and tried, and suddently it worked without any bug.
Im not sure if i maybe have oppened a second editor, or if it was because i had the game open.
I didnt get to make a screenshot when it happened.
And NOW i finally found that map with the normal databaseeditor file, after looking the wrong place at first.
