Pcm will not start

Yesterday i updated my pc from windows vista to windows 7. Since that i have reinstaled most of my games, incluing pcm 2014 on steam. However the problem is that every time i start it, launches it as it is supposed to, but before it gets in games it just close down quickly. You can just see the pcm icon peaking breafly, down wihere you can find the windows icon, and other icons that belongs to other programmes. So you see it for like 2 seconds, and then it is gone and no further action is taken by my pc. It worked on my vista system, how can i get it to work on windows 7?
any help is appriciated.

I think you should contact steam.
