how to open the file when i download a database

If it is a cdb file, you don't have to open it, just put it in the correct folder and then select it in the options of the game.

If it is a ZIP, RAR or other compressed archive, you need a tool to unpack it. Here would be a free tool: https://www.7-zip....
Then follow the installation instructions.

If you want to edit the database, you need an editor. One comes with the game, others can be downloaded from this page. Look in my signature, older editors can be found in the download section of the previous 2 games.
