I want to make sure every star is fit for fight in the TDF, put i cannot figure out the new system and numbers in the editor (lachi's)..
Seems like theres is no system..
Anyone figured it out, please help me
I recommend using the fitness planning available in the game. Or play the TdF in stage race mode.
If you really must cheat, then it would be easier to simulate the race and edit the results afterwards. But the easiest solution to win is reducing the game difficulty.

Cheating wtf, just wan't to make sure that every star is in top shape. My team is perfect planned for the tour. But i can't control the AI, and on the first mountain stage no one could follow Contador on -1(me) half way up.
So that's my issue.. Playing on normal, and never seen this in my career.
So i thought maybe they where in bad shape, and i would find that unrealistic.
Therefore the need for change..

You play on normal and you are surprised that with (arguably) best climber in game you distance everybody?
Play on hard, it's generally considered more realistic. I also think it's not only a matter of fitness, but generally often AI is not too smart in the race.

He was not pushing up the hill at all, and they just collapsed. I hasn't seen this in any other races this far in career, but maybe i should try hard then
I hope that makes the difference, so i don't have to change the AI fitness every time.
Sorry, I misunderstood you initial post. But my answer is valid still. You should play the Tour de France in Single Race mode if you want all favorites to be in best shape.
If you play a career you have to accept the fitness planning of the AI team because interfering with it would mess up the fitness for all the modified riders for the rest of the season.
As an alternative, maybe you can set the fitness plan for the AI riders at the start of the year. If you set them to peak for the TdF, it should work. Maybe it would be enough to set their preferred races, so that the game does the planning automatically. But don't ask me how to do it.

NP
You are properly right, maybe it would only be this tour and it just due to some minor injury to a lot of the favorites and stuff like that.
I'll wait and see..
