how can i edit the results of a race in the game?

In Dyn_Classification_Race and Dyn_classification_stage you can change these. Ranking points can be edited in Dyn_ranking

If you're not satisfied with results, the easiest option is to open last WeeklySave which you can find in C/Users/YourName/Pro Cycling Manager 2013/Weekly Saves and to replay the stage again.

However, if you don't want to do it that way and you want to edit results by yourself (harder way), follow this guide: https://pcmdaily.c...ost_406336
