First off, I know TCs are considered as cheating BUT what are those training camps specifically for the Tour, Giro, or Vuelta?

Sprint, Mountain, Hill etc. training camps obviously boost those stats for a period of time but what exactly is the effect of the Grand Tours TC?

They basically ''Explore'' the stages. This means that they will have a higher daily form during the stages in the specific area(I believe if you click on them, they'll show which stages are affected if you choose a specific area).

Given that Daily form is more important in PCM 14, this will certainly pay off Wink

Do you also know if those effects are permanent or also last a limited period (i think 12 weeks)?

The Daily form of the specific stages will be better Wink
So you have more chance of +3, +4, +5 daily form and less chance of -5, -4, -3 etc. Wink
So it lasts until the Giro/Vuelta/Tour is over, because the specific stages have happened then Wink
