How do i edit this so that It can be the real BMC jersey?

Go to C/Program Files/Cyanide/Pro Cycling Manager 2014/3D/Cyclists/Cloth/Team/cbm and replace "cbm_maillot" with the image below.

Or if u have PCM 2013 with PCMDaily DB 2014 just copy all filles from Pro Cycling Manager 2013/3D/Cyclists/Cloth/Team/14bmc to Pro Cycling Manager 2014/3D/Cyclists/Cloth/Team/cbm and change first 3 letters of the name from bmc to cbm on all copyed files. Now u will have shirt, bidons, socks and other stuff with BMC logo. |

I realised that unlike previous games where the shirt files were .tba the pcm 2014 shirts are .png. do I need to convert them?
The day when bike gears turn automatic. = Why not now? They did it with cars.

I am not sure about what type of converting are you talking, but if you want to create a jersey, you need to save it as .PNG. If you want to convert PCM11/12 jersey to PCM13/14 format, you'll firstly need to resize it to 910x626 and then to save it as .PNG.
However, I dont' see a point in any converting now, as all the teams has their proper jerseys. Also, it's unless you want to convert some PCM11/12 jersey you like(d) alot, but there are also many great PCM13/14 jerseys.

My game still doesn't have the proper BMC shirts and the national champ shirts I need to convert them from jpeg to png the pcm 2012 ones were tga. So that's the reason I asked. I'll find some on the forums instead.

Just download the jersey I attached above and follow the instruction. If you want proper national championship shirts and accessories for BMC, do what krzychu92 said in #3rd post.
