How do I access DB-editor?

Basically, I bought the game on steam, and now I can't seem to find the DB editor anywhere.
Do you guys know where the DB editor is, or where I can download another editor?

Hmmm I don't have the steam version but it seems that it's bypassing the menu and loading straight into the game.

Try this: go to C drive programfiles, steam, steamapps, common, pro cycling manager 2014 (or cyanide, I don't know steam does it), autorun, exe and then click on autorun.exe and hopefully it will bring you up the "menu" with DB options and stage options.

In the folders .../Pro Cycling Manager 2014/Autorun/Exe "Autorun" : this brings up the launcher that has the link to the DB editor.

or

.../Pro Cycling Manager 2014/DatabaseEditor "PCM_Database_Editor" : launches the DB editor directly.
