PCM 2014 has been released some days ago and you are talking about PCM 2015 already. Want to be the first this time?

If you are talking about the pcmdaily DB, I recommend that you look in the dedicated sub-forum or the home page. They surely will announce it when/if they are seeking help.

Then you have to contact Cyanide. But as far as I know, they do the DB themselves.
Also you would need to be able to communicate with them in French most probably.
