When i try to load a stage it takes forever like 5 min or so.
It was the same thing in PCM 2013
Can anyone help me why it takes so long to load a singe stage?
Try lowering your graphics. It's connected to your PC specs, so if you have a bad PC it's normal then. However, lowering your graphics (in options) should do the job and make loading time a bit shorter.

That should do the job, yes. Not really on max settings, but you should be able to start it quickly on some high.
However, we need info's about your graphic card (it's most important), RAM and a processor, as all of that has an affect to loading speed and game FPS.
CPU: inter core i5-460m
VGA: Nvidia Geforce GTX 285M/1GbDDR3
LED Panel: 16" HD 1366x768 (glare type)
Ram: DDRIII 4GB(2GB*2)
HDD: 500GB 7200RPM
RF: 802.11b/g/n
That is the stats that is on my computer
Can you then give me some advice of what i shoud set down in graphics.
(When i play PCM my computer also start to use very much energy and make noise compared to when i play other games so is that also because of my settings?)

Yeah, just as I thought. Graphic card is making you problems, tho it's weird that you have to wait 5 minutes, really (if that wasn't exaggeration?).
Lower everything to 1 and use standard colours, without motion blur, without riders reflection, without any filters and without things like rider faces/realistic rays of sun. That should give you quite some details on stages, but it's alot easier for your PC to handle it. Believe me, game with all settings on 1 still gives you enjoyable enviroment & things. It's not a huge difference between 1 and 3, after all.
It's most likely connected to your PC "cooler" or ventilator that's used to cool your PC in these situations when it's using 100% of its capabilities and when it's warming up alot.
That noise problem can be solved by just cleaning up your PC casing, as there's most likely some dust in it that makes sound, or you can try search for a special PC-ventilator oil that should lubricate it and make it work regulary.

Big thanks to jdog for making this AMAZING userbar!
I was talking about fast HDD, not old HDD. (Fast = SSD).
Also a fast CPU and fast and much RAM will speed up loading times.
But I don't think you should spend money as the gain might be minimal.
You can browse the internet or read newspaper during these 5 minutes, so I don't think it is a huge problem. (Certain settings allow you to Alt+Tab out of the game.)
And regarding dust in computers: If you use a vacuum cleaner to suck out the dust, ALWAYS block the ventilators from turning. The air flow from the vacuum cleaners could destroy your computer, no joking here. (Motors generate electricity when forced to turn. This could electrocute your mainboard.)
