Editing a Database

How do you do this ???? Last year there were a big button that said "Edit Database". Am I being a dumbass

I don't own this game yet but did you check in the start menu? Maybe there is a PCM folder, containing a link to the editor.

Another option is to download another editor.

EDIT: The built in editor is located in ".../DatabaseEditor/PCM_Database_Editor"
