AI is tough or that seems in pro team mode because the riders you start have 68-70 overall
in first 30km most of breaways aren't succesfull
if you go in breakaway some riders from peleton will relay even your rider has 69-70 overall but he bassically suck at everything

with money you buy new riders,better then you have
the riders 72-73 overall are expensive
i bought j. hivert puncheur 73 ovr and cost me 28-29 mil.
i earned in season 1 9 mil on road by accomplish some stages objectives(daily) and none of the tour objectives(general)
but in season 2 i get 20 mil from sponsor
number of stages will grow by each season
s1 have 5 stages,s2 heve 7 stages
i don't know how many seasons you can play but to make a dream team that might take over 10 seasons which is awesome
fabio aru climber which has 76 montain stat cost 48 mil. and he isn't a top climber
forgot to write,riders are diveded in categories: climber,sprinter,puncheur,versatile
and in your team 9 spots: 2 climbers spots,2 sprinters spots,2 puncheurs spots and 3 versatile spots
so another good thing because prevents you to have so many general ranking riders

in conclusion,the combination of tough AI,the difficulty to achieve some objectives and really expensive riders makes pro team mode really interesting and fun mode to play for many seasons
