Why?
Dont play with unlicended names , retired old track cyclists, and bad stats. The DB will contains 6 different DB for each category and 16-32 rider in 1 DB. 96-192 riders if it will go well...
DB details
There will be 6 DB:
SprintDB14
KeirinDB14
200TTDB14
StratchDB14
PointsDB14
OmniumDB14
I'll post the riders who will contain.
Sprint DB will contain riders who races in sprint this season , Keirin DB will contain riders who races in keirin this season e.t.c.
Bonus
LADDER DB! Thats right! How you will play fair in multiplayer.All fair stats with Country Teams.
TEAM DB. Yes you can use in Eli Race , Points Race and Keirin! 2's 3's and even 4's
DB will be ready in 14th July.I will start working in 20th June.

I don't think there's anyone that's going to use a real-name/stats Track DB, just because you can't actually compete with it in PCM, there's no calendar, there are no points, relegations, promotions, there's no season, there are no different competition.
So, more people would definitely be thankful to you if you make a Ladder DB instead.

You are better off using the same riders as in Sprint for the 200m Time Trial, to be honest. In real life, 200m TT is used as the Qualification round for the Sprint.
The riders you have listed there are those who have ridden the Kilometre, which is a different event.

Thanks for your advice. I know that PCM doesnt have 1km TT,. And I'll change some riders.
