In my career i just signed great young sprinter, but i need to build team arround him with good chasers for strong train. But what stats should have such a rider. I though only flat skill but then it would mean that Cavendish is better chaser than Wiggins abd thats bullshit. So is there any pther stat which determine how good tempo can rider make ?
All Time Trialist are pobably the strongest for a good sprint train , but stat-wise a good leadout has strong points in Ressistance , Flat and Stamina as he will be the one that creates positioning he have to be strong and fast, stamina is also a very important feature as it will give him more energy , and last flat means that he will have a little boost of pace.
You will also need a 2nd sprinter that you can "set your wheel on" in front of your main sprinter and he will need around 70 in both sprint and acceleration to be worth it
I would say for chasing someone who has god flat and good timetrial. For your train what was said above and having your leader on the wheel of a sprinter with about 74SPR, good Flat, RES and STA will certainly help.
Cavendish is actually a good chaser. It's just plain stupid to use him as a chaser, but that's something else
Don't bother with RES, it doesn't have any effect in 3D.
Hi and DH might help for a chaser as well, if the road is bumpy
FL is the main stat, and depending on the type and length of race REC and STA as well. I don't think TT is important, as riders like Paolini are excellent chasers as well. For the rest, HI, DH and MO also obviously are the main stat on their respective terrains.
