Toughest stage/classic?

So I just ran across what is easily the hardest single day of racing I've seen in this game while in my BMC Career. Stage 15 of the Giro d'Italia, a route from Pordenone - Val Gardena. The race is a long 237.3 KM lets not forget this is stage 15...so there are already sore legs, and the rest day comes after this.It is like L-B-L on steroids. First third of the race is fairly easy though slightly uphill. But the rest of the race is climb after climb, a total of 6 climbs... a pair of category 2 climbs, and 4 category 1 climbs. The winning time set by Purito was 8h21'39" and the last rider to finish came in over an hour and a half later probably just short of 10 hours.
Anyhow curious to see if others have races or stages they think are tougher, longer, more brutal whatever. When I finally get around to putting the screens up for this race you will also see it was run in very bad weather, with a hard rain and snow at the peaks.

Well, the DB Comics for instance has plenty of impossible classics, like a 1000km repeat of a hill. And there's something with Amalfi, a steep cobbled hill made by NTTHRASH.
But since these are quite unrealistic races, I suppose, here's the stage thread of Samu. He has got some amazing stages in the 2 races he made.

Emmea made an amazing Giro stage to Sestrieres, 6 climbs and 6800mts of climbing IIRC.

I've just played that Giro with a historical DB and the stage you're talking about I think is stage 20 and yer it is probably the hardest stage I've played. In fact the whole Giro is an absolute brute with so many riders withdrawing and it's probably too hard in general. |

Funny that you call it unrealistic -- it's a trace of a hill actually in Amalfi, just with a horrific road overlap.

Kentaurus, where can you see the detailed stage profile you have shared as a screenshot? I mean avr./max gradients, total altitude gain etc. |

Set the game to play single stage (instead of career mode). In that you can see the profiles like this.
