Hey,
I'm experiencing issues with my PCM when i'm participating in more than one race at the time.
For example, I'm playing the Giro and amgen tour of california. The problem is that PCM only allows me to play the stages of amgen tour of california, while the game skips the Giro stages and just simulates to the next day.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue? |

Does it skip every stage in the Giro? If not, the stage may just have been 'cancelled', or you can at least pretend it was. If it skips every stage, you should test if these stages work in single stage, to see if the stage works there.

Did it happen before? Or the first time?
Are you sure there was a giro stage on that day? |

Hey guys, hope you still up for helping me..
I'm about to play the fourth stage of Paris - Nice first season.
Meanwhile Tirreno - Adriatico is about to start, but when the fourth stage of Paris - Nice is done, the game just simulates with the red 'loading bar' saying "training" (you know what I'm talkin' about ).
That means I ain't allowed to select my riders for Tirreno since it skips the first stage and that totally ruins my joy playing this game
Where i'm at so far in my career:
When I press the-next-event arrow it looks as its supposed to be:
But when i'm done playing this stage, it just simulates the Tirreno stage.. |

So this happens every time there is more than one stage on the same day?
I have no clue what the problem could be, especially as you have not answered my questions and the image does not say anything.
How does it simulate the Tirreno stage? Do you click somewhere?
Did you try to close the game after the first stage?
On a side note: You can use the planner tool in the game to assign riders to the races in advance. |

Oh, Im sorry i must have missed your question To answer it: no its not the first time, but not always the same stages it skips. Maybe there could be something wrong with stage-files?
To answer your next question: I just click at the arrow, as i do all the time when I wanna proceed to the next event. But then it just simulates the first stage and automatically select riders...
EDIT: I just turned on my PCM13 for the first time since i experienced the problem last night. Suddenly Im able to play the Tirreno??? Very weird! But that 'restart' of the game must have helped!

It would be annoying to close the game but still better than nothing.
Maybe it would be enough to exit the career to the main menu and then load it again?

I have a similar problem. It has happened several times, for example in dauphine, arriving the day of the first stage when i push "next" the game skip the day and the first stage and I could not select my team-race and i can't participate in this race.
In Tour de Suisse could select my team, everything was fine the first 3 stages but in the fourth, the game skip the stage and the day and all riders of the Tour de Switzerland appears as withdrawal.
As game saves to skip the day, there is not possible fix it leaving to main menu

This is not the official forum, so we can only give hints to overcome a certain problem. Yours seems to be even more random, so I doubt there is an easy solution.
I plan the season, which means all riders are assigned to the races at the beginning of the season. This allows me to intentionally skip stages. In your case, it could reduce the damage to your career.
And if there is a big problem, like when the race was cancelled, you can re-try by using one of the automatic backups of the game. Or you create your own backkup of the save before each stage.
The backups are in the weeklysave folder, which contains backups for each week of your career(s). And there is also the latest backup in the save folder. It has the same name as the save but with an ~ at the end. Remove the ~ to load it in the game. I recommend copying the backup to the save folder, so that you always keep a good save.
The saves are here: my documents\pcm13\users\your name\database\solo\name of db\ |

Thank you very much for your help Lachi.
When happens again I will use weeklysave folder, does not fix the problem but I think is the best solution |
