PCM allows you to use your own music in game.
I create this topic to let you indicate what kind of music you use in game and get possible links for download (legal links only please). IMHO I found that downtempo music (chillout, electrojazz...) fits well with the game.
Small tutorial to set you own music into PCM:
By default, the game will look for .mp3 files into the Sound/MyMp3 folder (there is none at game installation).
Then game will look for .ogg files into the Sound/Music folder (where you will find the original game music files).
Songs are played randomly.
I think PCM hardly handles VBR/ABR encoded music files since game music can stop playing after the end of a song (and you won't be able to start music playing again).
I choosed to encode music using CBR mode (160Kbps should be acceptable quality for in game music).
ABR: Average Bit Rate
VBR: Variable Bit Rate
CBR: Constant Bit RateEdited by sylvao on 05-05-2014 20:17
Uhm, I just listen over iTunes and have some music running there. Right now, it's mostly either Of Monsters & Men or Placebo. Helps me especially overcome the more boring parts of a stage, which you still want to follow sometimes, and a good method to avoid loading times.

Not really connected to the main topic of the thread, but what I usually do is just find a YouTube video, and instead of "youtube" part in the link, I change it to "yourepeat" and by that it obviously repeats the song all the time. Quite an easy way to avoid problems with boring PCM music.
