Im thinking of starting cycling but I don't know what bike to get and I don't have a lot of money like 450 euro and I was wondering is it possible to get a decent starter bike for that if you know any website with good bikes around this price could you link me and if you've had the bike you recommend how did you find it, Thanks in advance
Great! Cycling is a great thing to get into. Believe it or not, it is possible to start on that budget. Go to bikesdirect.com (I think) for some decent third-party bikes. I'd recommend getting started with a base or a Sora mechanical set; you want a decent build I presume.
For future advice, post in the Your Cycling thread, don't make another one.

What type of bike do you plan to buy, MTB, cross, road etc. ?
If road, I'm not sure if you have better opportunities in Ireland, but here in Poland definitely the best cheap road bike us Btwin Triban 500 from Decathlon.
Well actually if you want to start cycling (recreational or a bit more seriously) and you just take a bike from an online shop you are going to have sooner rather than later problems. Either health or equipment related.
My advice:
Find a local cycling shop where you can ask your questions and if you feel they don't know anything about it (saying vague stuff, seeming they have no idea of what you asked) find another one until you have found one where you feel they know about their stuff.
Questions that could be asked:
How to find the ideal ride height for you (how to find your ideal saddle height/position)
How to find the ideal handle bar height
How to sit and pedal properly
How to maintain a bike - what needs to be done before and after a ride
