In most of the breakaways if i am not relaying some other rider ask me to cooperate but in some situations i am the only one to relay is there any keyboard shortcut to ask them to cooperate with me in the breakaway?

First, hello, my friend with only numbers in the username, join the cool club!

To answer your question, no, the AI has a "max effort" they will work at at certain stages of the race. If the relay pace you set is too high they will not be interested in relaying no matter what, so it's best to lower the effort if you wish to relay with the AI. The effort needed to cooperate will increase as the race goes on, though.

How can't you not know this? The % defines the effort a rider is willing to do. It always works like that, no matter if in the breakaway or in the peloton.

For example you can put your worst rider to short relay and 50% in the peloton to make sure that the gap to the breakaway will not grow too large. He will not use much energy and the AI riders will take over at the end of the stage to reel in the escapees.
