Well, 71 % of you have voted that you will definitely buy the upcoming game. Why is that, and what are your expectations? |

First of all, welcome to the site!
I was thinking why you want to buy the new game? What has convinced you?
[Edit] Just noticed that you have been here for a while. You just haven't posted before now

Thanks alot, im glad i have finally joined this brilliant forum after a long time of just reading.
Well with PCM2 i had a problem and havent been able to use for some while. I want a fresh start and want to kick start my desire for managing. The graphics are much different, even though some say they arn't, and i think that has a big impact. After reading the information on the wbsite i cant see why somebody wouldn't want to buy it!
Also I cant wait to get the british some wins!
Probably most with Cavendish

Won't buy it immediatly, maybe after 4/5 months if the reviews are positive but I'l probably skip this one and buy the version after this one
Dwight K. Schrute: 'I'm not a hero. Im just a mere defender of the office. You know who is a hero? Hiro from Heroes. That's a hero. And Bono'.

PCM 06 is quite simply the most enjoyable game I've ever played. I downloaded the game last August after the TdF (I didn't even know the game existed as it's not sold in stores here in the States). I've been playing 06 pretty much ever since. Normally, I'll get tired of a game after a few months but with PCM, it really has kept my interest with all the intracacies of the management part and 3D mode. Given that I got all of this enjoyment from a very modest investment of $40, I'm more than happy to support Cyanide in their newest effort. I'm sure we won't get a perfect version of PCM 07 when it's released and that patches will be needed but that seems to be standard in PC gaming so I'm fine with that. I'm just looking forward to what's new and figuring out how to win in the new game. I can't wait! |

Hi.
I recently picked up Cycling Manager 1 and had my first play on it this morning. From what I hear, the pre-race tactics similar to those found in CYM1 are going to be implemented in the new PCM, which is what I felt the last game most lacked - so, 'go Cyanide!'
Plus, thanks CrueTrue for all the updates on PCM07 - I hope that we might get some more screens and info. soon!

Cycling Manager 1? Wow, didn't even know you could get that game anymore The pre-race tactics are not exactly like the feature in CyM1. As far as I remember, you could choose when to attack in CyM1. The pre-race tactics in PCM3 is more "overall", non-specific. With that I mean that you can't decide exactly where to attack - you can only ask your riders to f.e. get into breakaways, follow the opponent or the like.
About new screenshots and information, I asked Cyanide yesterday whether or not I could release some screenshots from the management part. My contact person answered today, saying that he would ask another person for the final permission. So, tomorrow, I will hopefully be allowed to give you some new screenshots |
