When I change database, can I continue my career?
I've modified DYN Cyclist, but when i start the game
the database isn't modified.

Have you edited the savegame or the database?

Aha. Being a n00b, this is one of the few problems I can fix. No, you can't change the database in an already-begun save game. You'll have to start a new one-unless there's some savegame editing database technique I don't know about...

You can open your save in MyDocs\PCM13\Users\Username\Database\Solo\YourDB and edit that.
