Changing Team Logo

I've added a new team to the PCM-Spaing DB using Hannes....

I am using the brilliant Philips Jersey as the basis for my team....

I can't figure out how to change the logo for the team, what is the file called and where is it stored, any help would be greatly appreciated

The team logos are located in \Program Files\Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager 2007\Gui\team\logo
