Hi guys,
I'm in my last year at the university and just like everyone else I have to write a master's thesis. Mine is about sports law, "The principle of strict liability in the fight against doping".
I have a theoretical part and a study of two cases (Contador and Keisse).
For the last part of my thesis I'm looking for alternatives for the strict liability rule and I'm hoping some of you could help me with that.
Do any of you have good alternatives, preferably with some (juridical) arguments to support them. I'd be a great help.
Cycling isn't a sport, it's a passion.
