Yep - its just the PPDB giant - to get the Keirin, you have to play the game differently - I'll try to find the link to it
Like this, but a little different:
Its in Time Trial format since thats what Individual Pursuit basically is. I put the riders at 50% until they reach the velodrome, then when there down to 29% which makes them stationary. Once all riders are there, I pick the first two and slowly line then up on the finish line with a lap to go, the computer randomly decides who is on the inside, but i dont think that matters.
I pause the game, put the riders both up to 99% and put it back on 1x speed. I then watch what happens and screenshot the finish line and the winner.

But is is quite complicated to do. The DB is an altercation on PPDB, with National teams added over some of the small continental teams.
