Which countries have championships...

I'm whipping up some jerseys for a new career and I was going to make custom NC jerseys. I know not all countries actually have a race, instead just "appointing" a national champion.

What I want to know is, which countries have a champion of any kind so that a jersey would be awarded?

If that's too much, my new team will consist entirely of riders from the Americas (North, South and Central). The only ones I'm sure of are Columbia and the US.

check out a db

look out for the gene_b_is_national_champion column then sort it with the 1's to the top and look across at their countries, to work it out.

My theory anyway
