Hi there new person here, installed the game last night and had a quick play around. Found it highly addictive and find myself here with a couple of questions.

Can anybody please point me toward the latest DB for the game for the best graphics and proper team names and equipment and secondly could anybody point out what they would consider the best "starter" team so I can do a couple of seasons to get used to it all?

Hey... after trying a couple of DB's, I decided to use the one called German Cym Team 2007. It has the most updated transfers, the 2007 routes for the big races as the most important features. I think there is a link to it in this site's db section.

As to the team to start with, I would recommend CSC as they have the most all-round team, though they perhaps are in need of a top notch sprinter. But i suppose Haedo will develop into one of the greatest in the game, so I would go for CSC (perhaps because I am a stupid dane, myselfSmile)
