The team transfer sheets are now available on Dropbox, there is a blank template file for each division:
PT https://www.dropbox.com/s/292kwckqz9g...sBlank.xls
PCT https://www.dropbox.com/s/22lc4qj482v...sBlank.xls
CT https://www.dropbox.com/s/jtm0m0yvcxq...sBlank.xls
The 2014statgains file has been updated with the correct information on Training prices (it is unchanged from last year). Wildcard prices are listed in the PCT transfers file.
Here's the transfer sheet guide from last year:
Transfer Sheet Guide
These transfer sheets are very important - you need to use them to keep track of your transfer dealings. Not only will you need to send your completed files to me once the transfers end, but it should also be used to keep track of your transfers, to make sure that you are staying within both your budget and salary cap.
If at any time during the transfers I am concerned by your actions - I will ask for your transfer sheet - and there will be consequences if you don't then show me it, or if it is inaccurate.
A badly kept renewals file has in the past led to teams ending transfers having spent more than their salary cap - and of course, the penalty for that is losing your most expensive rider (in terms of wage) who you brought into your team during transfers.
Top Rows
These will show you what your balance is like throughout transfers. You will need to place your initial budget into cell K2, and any fine from renewals into K3.
Team
Every rider who ride for your team in races in 2014 should go here. You can start by inserting all riders you currently own. Any free agents you buy only need to be placed in this section.
If you are loaning out a rider and still paying some of his wage - he needs to go in the 'Team' section of the file still.
Include his name, how much of his wage you are paying for him, and write "OUT" in the Loan In column
Loans
This section will help you keep track of the new loan cap for all teams. All loans related to your team - both in and out - need to go in here.
Trades
This is where you make a note of any trades you participate in during this transfers. This could be buying a rider, selling a rider, a loan deal, sacking a rider etc.
All transfer fees are placed in this section, as well as details such as clauses associated with a loan.
The file gives space for 15 riders in the loans section, and 20 in the trades section. This should be enough for all teams, but is not a maximum limit - you can include more - but if you do include more then you will need to update the Balance value in cell C3.
Training
The training system has already been announced, and you can plan out which training options you want to go for in this section.
Wildcards
For PCT teams, you can use the file to select your wildcard options. Grand Tours and Monuments will have 2 wildcard teams per race, while all other races will have 1.
Buying a wildcard category will allow you to apply for all races in that category. If you do not received a wildcard to a race in that category when wildcards are decided, you will be refunded.

Are you OK with me keeping track with this transfer thing in the Privatbank-map on Dropbox? Would give you insight when you need it and gives me the oppurtunity to use my laptop when I can't access my pc.

You can just put it in Dropbox in general in order to use it both your laptop and PC - doesnt specifically have to be in the shared Privatbank folder.
But since it is team related, you can use the shared folder if you want.

What is a max response time if you ask for the transfer sheat? I use my work computer to keep track of things, and I won't have access to it from each friday evening till monday morning.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

If you're not suspicious of doing something wrong, f.ex. going over the loan cap, SN won't want your sheet until after transfers.

Just upload your file to a OpenDrive or Dropbox account, so you can always get it.

Where would I put a rider I've signed from Free Agency that will be loaned out to another team? I pay all of his wage. Does he only go under the loan column?

Only loan table and transfer table, your team table is reserved for riders that will actually ride in your colours in 2014.Read comments on top of every table, they give great hints...

If Avin is correct it doesn't count correct in mine. If I put in a rider in the loan part, and I write a number in wage I have to pay, nothing is deducted from my salary cap.

It says: "All riders who will ride in your jersey this year" , so no loan out riders?

As an addition to rjc's post:
They still need to go to the teams page as the teams column update your salary cap whilst the loan column doesn't update your salary cap.
So you might get into troubles if you don't do that.

Quick query to the old hands out in MG land to reassure me that I've got my head around the whole loans scenario (apologies for what is probably pretty obvious, but want to be sure!).
In this example:
First Name | Surname | Actual Wage | Wage you are paying | Wage you are not paying | Team the rider will ride for in 2014 | Rider A | Rider A | €50,000 | €50,000 | €0 | Team X | Rider B | Rider B | €50,000 | €0 | €50,000 | Team X |
where Team X is loaning in two riders, A and B from Team Y:
1) Rider A will incur a 50.000 reduction in Team X's salary cap (so wage needs to be listed in the separate 'All riders who will ride in your jersey this year' section next to Rider A).
2) Rider B will incur a 50.000 reduction in Team X's loan cap (but no wage impact, so listed as wage = 0 in the separate 'All riders who will ride in your jersey this year' section next to Rider B)
3) In the case of rider A, team Y would have to pay team X 50.000. Team X would indicate this incoming funds in the spreadsheet in the 'Money Gained' column of the separate 'Trades' tables.
4) In the case of rider B, team X would have to pay team Y 50.000. Team X would indicate this ioutgoing funds in the spreadsheet in the 'Money Spent' column of the separate 'Trades' tables.
Is the above interpretation correct next to each of 1, 2, 3 and 4?
Thanks for reading this far!
S.

Well to make it easier for you:
Even if the rider doesn't ride for you but you are still paying something of the wage you need to write his wage into the team column.
The compensation (wage you don't pay and so a compensation is needed) needs also to go to the Trades column and "money spent" as just those columns will update the salary cap/wage and the budget!

Exactly the other way round, if I understand correctly that you're representing Team Y and the team where they'll ride is Team X.
Team X doesn't pay wage for rider A, therefore this 50.000 is what the loan cap of Team X is reduced by.
On the other hand, the salary cap of Team Y is reduced by the 50.000 it still pays.
Team X does pay 50.000 wage for rider B, so this reduces the salary cap by that amount.
Team Y uses up 50.000 of its loan cap with this.
In the combined deal, both teams lose 50.000 of their salary cap and 50.000 of their loan cap.
3) and 4) seem correct.
