Just a note to all managers in the game.
Until the transfer season starts, there should be no discussion about deals or offers, whatsoever.
Speculation in Team HQ threads is allowed, but to a limit.
1. Posting about your team's targets is fine
2. Posting about the availability of your current riders is fine
3. Don't excessively post in other teams threads to claim you want their riders. And if you do post, at least make it clever in some way, not simply "I am interested in Rider X"
For new teams, bare in mind that for the weaker riders, it could be cheaper for you to buy them from the free agency than their current team, as the current team will no doubt expect a transfer fee!
4. Don't post in other threads about your own riders, unprovoked.
e.g. My rider has said he is interested in joining your team; Are you likely to be interested in Rider X?; I have one or two riders from your region, who might be interested in joining you. etc
5. Do not try to influence another team's transfer plans in any way. Whether that is encouraging or discouraging them to buy/sell a rider.
In the transfer season itself, this is only allowed if you are directly involved in the deal (e.g. trying to sell the rider, or trying to buy the rider).
I've underlined 4 because it is a 'new' restriction, that I've seen a number of instances recently, and want to clamp down on. Especially with the new teams around, and with some existing teams already trying to see if they can make money off them rather than just releasing to the free agency, or being unsure and having to take a gamble during renewals.
This speculation should be done in Team HQ threads only. Not by PMs. Only when transfer season starts are you free to use PMs to be more private in your transfer dealings.

What about encouraging the other managers to avoid some transfer, when you team is not one of the potential trade sides? (i am obviously speaking about recent Hoffman situation, which really pissed me off).

Not sure if I 100% get you here.
It`s meant, that before and after the transfer phase, which lasts ~2 weeks in total, no PM talks about possible trades is allowed.
This also inludes specific offers in Team HQ`s like I offer X for Y or something like this. |

Just a quick one I've done a kind of transfer rumours in my team HQ thread which I include teams who have said there intrested in past or want riders from the region of that rider is that ok? If not I will delete it not a problem |

Yes, I wasnt happy about that either, but forgot about it when writing the post. You definitely should not try and influence another manager's transfers in any way - whether that is encouraging or discouraging a bid.

Didn't know exactly where to ask this, but felt this topic fit as well as any other. Will we get a pre-renewals DB? If yes, do you have a time for it? It's winter-break in my part of the countrey here now, so it's extremely little to do for us working = good time for planning
