Team Fletcher-Garneau will be looking to get a solid core of New Zealand and Canadian riders during their first transfer season. They will especially target the riders from the now defunct Cadbury team.

I hope it is ok to post.
I was considering a NZ team due to the fact that I live there but decided against it, which seems to be a god thing.
Anyway, good luck this season with a NZ team.

Looks great, but you may run into trouble with Roman. He requested a jersey about 5 days ago with Kiwibank as main sponsor. Not sure what the ruling is, but he clearly decided on it before the acceptance of new managers, but instead decided to keep it secret. We may need SN's guidance here
And welcome to MG! Happy to have you aboard

That sucks, maybe in the future it needs to be a rule that you have to make your team change public once you are having a jersey made

Well, I'm not sure what the rule is. Perhaps you can keep KiwiBank and Roman will be forced to change. Please don't see my post as being apprehensive or 'forcing' you to change or even official (I'm just a manager!). I was just merely trying to outline the fact that there is another team who would use them as a sponsor, albeit unanounced. Like I said, it's down to SN on technicalities such as these.

No problem if you want to use Kiwibank, it is my mistake I wanted to keep it quiet for a while and then present it with the jersey. It is all about an agreement, I only want aidan not to have an extra work because of this. So if you are changing your sponsor to Fletcher, then big thanks.

Roman: You can have Kiwibank, Fletcher is the same colors anyway. Just don't make my life hell in transfers
jt1009: Hopefully we don't kill each other in transfers and you can loan some riders to me

Having a Kiwi focus already guarantees to let me follow your team.
So good luck in transfers and races this season. |

@welker3257 Thanks! I hope for the same thing, I really don't want to see prices of Kiwi riders pushed up right into the stratosphere!

Doubt we will have that problem well me and TMM didn't last year everyone seems to feel that having more then one team for a nation stops them getting talent but if there any good usually more then teams from that nation are interested anyway plus my goals to get a Canadian team to the worlds so another team on board is great. |

If last years rankings are anything to go by then Top 5 Asia Tour will be extremely tough for you to achieve. I only just managed a top 10 goal there as the best placed CT team and we raced everything on that continent except the HC races.

That Asia Tour top five seems like a very tough one there, you'll need a strong squad and some luck to achieve that. The rest though seem pretty reasonable. Good luck trying to achieve them |
