Promotion/Relegation Update

A couple of changes have been made to the Promotions from CT to PCT, and PCT to PT, so here's a thread to explain what.
1. Mattiasgt has decided to disband Koenigsegg, after a successful number of years in the game which included promotion, relegation, winning the ProContinental tour and winning the ProTour.
2. We have decided not to promote all CT teams to fill the PCT division, and impose a sufficient activity condition in order to be rewarded with promotion - particularly for teams who did not finish in the automatic positions.
3. The above two points result in 3 spaces left in PCT, and so in these extraordinary circumstances, relegation from the PCT division has been revoked. Repsol-Cativen, CSC-Orbea and PFG-Armavia will remain in PCT next season.

Sauber voluntarily and then BNCR and Risa-Ergon will be - if they indeed stay in the game.

I think those are good measures, see my comment on promotion/degradation earlier. This way all active teams get as high up as they can go. It's up to the new CT teams to show they're like Gazelle and deserve a spot in the MG.
Hopefully there will be less disbanding after this season, but a shorter run should take care of some of that.

That looks like a nice decision. even if it will complicate our transfer thoughts a bit.
Congrats to those "saved" managers, good that you stayed active and were rewarded.

Sad to see mattias go, has been a great manager for the game and a great competitor for my team for some time now.
Congrats to the promoted managers, and those saved by these changes. The crop of relegated managers to the PCT are very strong and will all be major players in the promotion battle.
