The activation code does not change because you downloaded a patch. Use the code that came with the game, otherwise, you are just asking for someone else's code.

Im sort of confused with what you need help with. The codes are the same, but you need to enter the activation code before you can start the game to enter the multilayer code. Do you have an activation code?

Im sort of confused with what you need help with. The codes are the same, but you need to enter the activation code before you can start the game to enter the multilayer code. Do you have an activation code?

Okay, so you do have the activation codes, make sure that you are not out of activations, that could be a reason why it won't let you use the code. Other than that I am not sure why it is doing that, just wait until the morning and someone more experienced can guide you in the right direction
