Adding new roads(?)

Hi, I want to know if it's possible to add new roads for using in the stage editor. I found a texture of cement (https://1.bp.blogspot.com/__0W5RbZZUhI/THP4DKezEgI/AAAAAAAAAWs/mC1WkO5TvME/s1600/IMGP0044.JPG for example) and I want to know if I can add that to my stage editor.. Add without changing to an existing road..
