Minor glitch with withdrawn riders stats

When in a stage race I noticed that a withdrawn rider is shown on the preview page of the next stage, with the same number of sprint/mountain points as the best placed in the team.

As an example. I am currently racing the TDU in my game as BMC, and had Santaromita withdraw after stage 3. When the screen comes up showing the next stage profile, and my team stats, it has Santaromita showing 8 mountain points (he only had 2 before he withdrew) and 6 sprint points (he had no sprint points before he withdrew). His name was at the bottom of both lists with the equal maximum points for my team riders. The 8 mountain points and 6 sprint points both belong to Gilbert who has those number of points in each category, and is the highest ranked rider in each of those points categories in my team.

I know it's a minor glitch and not really technical, but rather cosmetic. However I did find it kind of bizzare...

I had that as well during a simmed vuelta, he headed the list by had actually withdrawn due to injury. it should disappear in the next stage race/race.
