I changed this post to hide all the things that I found working so far, so you don't have to read through all of it. It's below in the spoiler, but please, feel free to skip it.
Spoiler
Hey guys,
I'm still having problems getting my modded .cdb to work. It's based on the PCMDaily Expansion pack, with primarily the .cdb modified to include a different rider list (DYN_Cyclist) and team list (DYN_Team). Since I'm dealing with new problems I figured I should make a seperate topic about it.
-Take the PCMDaily2013DB for PCM13
-Update the starting year to 2017
-Changed some minor things like reputation levels of sponsors
-Took the DYN_Cyclist and DYN_Team tables from my PCM11 Carreer
-Edited them accordingly to the PCM13 format (removal of old columns etc)
-Replace the DYN_Cylclist and DYN_Team tables in the PCMDaily .cdb with my modded ones coming over from PCM11.
-Create a new .cdb to work with the PCMDaily Expansion pack, with custom teams and riders.
Everything worked so far. I started the .cdb in PCM13 and it seemed to work. I could start a carreer with it and I'm on day one. I could renew contracts, hire staff, edit cash amount, edit contracts etc just fine.
It turned out to be another issue with linking the XML's correctly. I pasted the tables over again in a fresh CDB, this time without touching the headers that link to the XML's. It worked, and I loaded a single race with my custom .cdb
Issue No.2
When I'm on the Day 1 save of my carreer on my modded .cdb, I can't get fitness curves to show in the planning window. I can set rider's objectives and everything, but it doesn't generate a fitness bar. Clicking on the empty fitness bars doesn't do anything.
This only happens in my day 1 save of my modded .cdb. When I start a new carreer with the original PCMDaily .cdb it works fine.
I don't know what's causing it, but I guess I may have not linked a Fitness xml file somewhere or did not properly transfer the fitness/calendar columns in DYN_team/DYN_cyclist.

If there anything anyone may know to fix either solutions, please let me know, I could really use your help.
Thanks!
Basically, I have made a custom .cdb to run on the PCMDaily Expansion pack. I can single races, start a career, do everything, but there is one issue:
I want to set the starting year to 2017 (I do this in GAM_Config). The moment I do so, build a new .cdb, and start a new testing carreer in 2017, the fitness planning stops working.
I can simply no longer manipulate the fitness curve of any of my riders. I can add/remove objectives, but the graph showing the curve stays empty. I can't change the curve manually either.
I need help fixing this, and I have attached my .cdb (fully working with PCMDaily Expansion Pack and Patch 1.0.4.0) along with it. Again, the moment I change the starting year and launch a new carreer from it, it stops working.
I've edited my post to the most recent state of my issue. It's the starting year that's causing the fitness planning bug for me. Hope anyone can help me.
Edit: I've just tried it with the original PCMDaily .cdb. Changing the starting year ahead bugs out the fitness planning. It's not just my custom .cdb.
I guess the Daily DB makers will be running into this issue when making the 2014 DB. If you guys already did, let me know! If not, you should try it to see if it also happens for you.

Did I understood it correctly, that your DB works when starting in 2013?
If yes, did you try to start another DB in the year 2017?
Is your game updated?
Ah Lachi, as you wrote that I just edited my post.
Yeah, I'm on 1.0.4.0 and everything works fine. Right now the correct description of my issue is:
Using any .cdb (including the PCMDaily one), changing the starting year in GAM_Config to 2017 makes the rider fitness schedule bug out, as it doesn't create a curve by adding objectives or clicking on the curve.
I'm curious if this also happens for you mate, if yes this could be a serious bug
Another edit: If this bug doesn't occur for anyone else I'll do a reinstall.

I did a reinstall and some more testing to pinpoint the problem.
What I did was:
-Uninstall and reinstall
-Apply 1.0.4.0
-Test on the Officialrelease CDB
-Install PCMDaily DB
-Test on PCMDaily CDB.
My test was simple, take the original CDB's, change nothing but the starting year in GAM_Config, start a carreer, and see if the fitness planning worked or not.
My results:
I didn't bother testing my Custom CDB anymore since the only difference between it and the PCMDaily DB is the .cdb file. It seems like a problem/bug within the game, that I can't explain.
If anyone could please confirm this bug by doing the following steps, I'd greatly appreciate it:
-On whatever expansion pack you have installed, change the starting year in GAM_Config to 2017 or any of the other non-working years
-Start a fresh carrreer
-Click objectives and see if you can modify a rider's fitness planning at all.
Right now, it looks like a PCM bug, and don't know how to fix it.
If I remember correctly, there was a problem with the fitness planning.
Did you check the release notes of the patches?
Maybe Cyanide only fixed it within the careers but not for the starting year.
Looks like a bug in the game then. Thanks for helping mate!
I guess my only other options to start in 2017 would be try and sim one season from 2017 and then edit my save, or to play one more season in PCM11. I'd probably do the first one.
If anyone has any more ideas, please let me know, otherwise I'm going to go ahead and quicksim through a year.
Well, I tried starting and quicksimming through 2016 to see if that would make the fitness planning work, but it didn't.
It looks like the fitness planning is completely bugged out in the year 2017, regardless of what you do. If this bug really happens for everyone like it did for Jesley too, I am surprised that nobody has yet encountered or reported it.
Either way, to fix my problem I took the easy way out: I set the start year to 2018 and I edited the birthdate of all cyclists so they were born one year later. I should get at least 4 good seasons this way before running into more problems and hopefully by that time, I'll be buying a new PCM anyway.

I've got it, too, in 2017. I'm using the 2014 PCM.Daily V1 database, lightly edited.
I think it's a bug of the game, really sucks.
Though glad to see you made a graphic so it'll work next year. Just bite through this year, then.
